LOVE-LEE LITTLE COTTAGE

Dog friendly, rustic, characterful property, with own private entrance.  Cosy annexe to main cottage.  Open plan living area with underfloor heating and wooden stairs to a mezzanine with king size bed, and luxurious egyptian cotton bedding.  (N.B. limited space around bed so may not be suitable for some guests).  Shower room with stable door onto garden to allow a shower with woodland view, if you so desire!  Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge, so you can cook breakfast at your own convenience.  Smart TV, DVD, CD player and WiFi.

LOVE-LEE LARGE COTTAGE

Love-Lee Large Cottage (Sleeps 9-11) - the whole property.  Includes the main house as well as Love-Lee Little Cottage.  Stunning country cottage with log burners, oak floors and a modern Aga.  4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.  Family room with kings size bed and a single and large bathroom with roll top bath, and luxurious walk in shower.  Double room with kings size bed and twin room with 2 singles.  These rooms share a ''jack and jill' shower room.  Sofa bed in garden room area of lounge.  King size bed in Love-Lee Little Cottage  (self-contained annexe with shower room, lounge and kitchen) ideal for a couple wanting their own space or grandparents who may want to avoid children's bedtime routines etc.   N.B. No hen or stag parties permitted.
